Proper fit is the most important aspect of any article of clothing. That is why we have provided a fit guarantee on all our Slim-Fit Boxers since our inception.
HOW IT WORKS:Our Slim-Fit Boxers are made from the finest 100% cotton fabrics, and have been designed to shrink to the correct size with regular washing and drying use (i.e. machine wash with like colors; tumble dry; warm iron or dry clean as necessary).
If after your first wash and dry you find the fit still not perfect, we will happily send you another pair in the size you believe would fit you better at NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU.
Order more than one pair at a time? We advise washing, drying, and wearing one pair first to determine if the fit is correct. If the fit is still not perfect, we will happily send you another pair in the size you believe would fit you better, as well as exchange the unopened packages for your new size in the same style.
Please note that exchanges and replacement boxers are subject to style availability, as each of our Slim-Fit Boxer styles are Limited Edition collections. In the event of a replacement or exchange where the same style is not available in the desired size, a similar style will be substituted.

Any items that have been monogrammed, personalized, customized, or otherwise altered via a specific client request or our customization option cannot be returned or exchanged.
For all other items purchased from the Pengallan website we will offer a refund or exchange (providing stock is available) on any unworn/unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 30 days of the delivery date.
Purchase items must be returned in, or with their original packaging with their labels intact. The courier's documented delivery date will be used for the purposes of establishing all return or exchange eligibility, and is provided to you in your delivery confirmation email. Shipping for returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date is free of charge. Please, email us at service@pengallan.com and we'll provide you with a pre-paid return label.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's payment card within 30 days of the date of the returned or cancelled items being received by Pengallan, provided that the goods are properly returned.
